- Who is Projexa for?
- Projexa is built for small and growing UK design and planning consultancies that manage several projects at once, with staged fees and planning applications. Architects, planners, surveyors and similar practices are well suited. There is no limit on users or projects, and the price per user falls from the eleventh. It has been used most by practices of up to around 20 people, so if you are larger, try it with your real projects during the free trial.
- How does the free trial work?
- The trial lasts 30 days with every feature enabled. A card is requested at sign-up so that service continues when the trial ends. It is not charged until then, and you can cancel at any time before.
- Are there different plans?
- No. There is a single plan with every feature included. The price depends only on the number of users.
- Who owns our data, and can we export it?
- Your practice owns its data. The account Owner can export everything stored in Projexa as a single file at any time.
- Does Projexa include AI features?
- Yes. An assistant answers questions about your projects and finances, and helps draft quotes, meeting notes and progress reports. It makes suggestions only: nothing changes until you accept it. Each practice has a monthly usage allowance.
